Orders received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET Monday – Friday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on public holidays in the USA will be shipped the next business day.

Orders are shipped at a flat rate regardless of the number of items in the order. Order one item or twenty, the shipping costs is the same. For order of $75 or more within the Continental USA, shipping is FREE. There are no additional fees. Tracking
For standard shipping, tracking is only available within the USA. Once a package leaves the USA, it is no longer tracked. Neither USPS nor the destination country's postal service track a package when it leaves the USA. For both expedited and express shipping, tracking is included for all destinations.
Yes. The following conditions apply to international orders:
  • All payments are in US dollars (USD)

Deliveries to a few nations subject to various federal trade restrictions are not available. Customers who attempt to place an order from these nations will be contacted accordingly.

  • Should you receive a damaged or defective item from The Che Store, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. All returned merchandise must include all original factory packaging, materials, and/or documentation. Please use caution when unpacking your order. we are not responsible for items damaged during unpacking. Merchandise returned to us in new condition (unused and/or unopened) will be refunded the full purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Washed and/or worn clothing is not returnable.
    If you're returning a package because it arrived damaged or because you received the wrong item, you will not be charged a return shipping fee. However, if you have changed your mind on the item then you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Clothing worn or washed can not be returned. All other products may be returned provided they are in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. All returned items will be refunded the value of the product only less a $2.50 restocking fee. Upon receiving your goods, and provided they are in "as new" condition, we will refund your credit card and send you an e-mail notification accordingly.     If you received a wrong or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, then contact The Che Store to request a replacement. You will not be charged a return shipping fee. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (shipped at your expense) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded your original purchase price less a $2.50 per order restocking fee once we receive the item. It takes 3 – 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our fulfillment center. Clothing worn or washed can not be returned, all other products may be returned provided they are in original packaging, unused and undamaged.     The USPS has periodical delays in their shipping times due to do holidays, adverse weather or mishandling. If you think the delivery of your package is unreasonably late then contact The Che Store about tracking your package. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our web site. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the estimated delivery date, then contact us about package delivery.
    You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it by contacting us. While we can't guarantee cancellations made after 60 minutes, if your order has not entered our order processing window, we may still be able to cancel your order. For your convenience, we'll send you an e-mail letting you know whether your order cancellation was successful. It may take 2 – 3 business days to confirm your request. If your cancellation was not successful, you can always return your order for a refund, less the shipping fees, within 30 days of the date of shipment.
